An apply for recall or refund of a product will only be honored within 14 days of the initial tracked postage delivery date and only in consultation of Huma-Air bv by email at email@example.com
As soon as possible, but within 14 days from the day following the apply for refund, the consumer will send the product back to Huma-Air bv following the shipping instructions what we will sent by email.
The product needs to be sent back with all delivered accessories, if reasonably possible in the original state and packaging.
The consumer bears the direct costs of the returning of the product.
We do not accept delivery of returned items where the postage has not been paid.
We do not accept delivery of returned items with Duty Fees applied.
Damaged or used products are not eligible for refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunding shall take place no later than within 14 days after receipt of the returned product. Huma-Air BV refunds the price of the product, exclusive the initial sending costs made for the delivery of the product.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
To return your product, please contact email@example.com to provide you with the return shipping instructions for your country.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
