This tuning regulator for the FX Wildcat can be placed into the pressure tube within a minute and replaces the original regulator.
The Huma-Air FX Wildcat regulator is very consistent over the total pressure range of the pressure tube and solves all the known issues of the original regulator.
Made of high grade aircraft aluminium in combination with bronze components.

Huma-Air Quality Control
Huma Air regulators are CNC produced out of high grade aircraft aluminum and bronze. To guarantee a perfect product, every regulator is individually assembled, tested in a computerized simulation program and adjusted to the requested pressure.
We only use high-end materials and our belleville springs are designed for critical applications to achieve the highest repeat accuracy. This gives our regulators a repeat cycle less than 1% difference.
Huma Air provides a 2-year warranty on their regulators. Excluded from warranty are shipping costs and parts that are subject to normal wear and tear such as O-ring and valve discs.
Pressure settings of the FX Wildcat tuning regulator
The FX Wildcat tuning regulator comes preset on the pressure we have tested it, or we will adjust it according to your personal wishes.
It is equipped with a clear pressure scale label, so you can very easy re-adjust or fine tune the pressure setting suitable to your wishes.
After fitting the regulator, always check the powersetting of the rifle and finetune it when needed to stay within legal limits.
Our advice for choosing the best pressure range for your Huma-Air regulator:
- Middle pressure range: 70-110 bar for 16 Joule / 12 ft/lbs models.
- High pressure range: 100-170 bar for all FAC rifles from .177, .22 and .25.

I had a very small problem with the standard regulator in my Mk1 Wildcat, where the reg pressure wouldn’t hold in storage, meaning it would take a shot or two to settle down each time I used the gun. Not an issue when target shooting, but certainly no good when hunting. The HUMA has rectified that. Installation was straightforward, and the consistency of my rifle has improved significantly. Very happy.

Amazing results after installing the Reg. Did not have to wait for it to settle. The reg marking tape was a tad off by about 5 bar. However buying the regulator gage proved to be a good decision and on the very second try the Reg was where I wanted it. The gun is giving me +/-2fps spread with an extreme spread of 4 fps.

Very imressive results. Extreme spread of less than 2 m/s which is not extreme… difference from shot to shot less than 1 and 0,5 m/s and duplicates.
I had a very good functioning original FX regulator working without any problems … but got a HUMA to see what it´s capable of.
I had some problems with shifting velocities after the first installing and was pretty disappointed, I´m sorry for that – but it turned out that one o-ring was damaged maybe while installing or material error. Huub was helping out straightaway with some stronger ones and now it is working flawlessly.

After the factory regulator in my 25 MKII failed, I replaced with this Huma. Set at 150 bar and 8.5 turns on the HS, it shoots the JSB MKII Heavy at 848fps average with great accuracy!!

Wildcat MK2 .25(FAC). Don’t even hesitate, buy one. I’m get stnd. dev. of 2fps. That’s impossible right? Nope these refs are just that good. Only downside is the plenum may too large. I lost 7 shots compared to the FX reg at 125 bar. I then use the spacer from the FX and it’s right back to normal. Great build quality. These baaby’s will last a lifetime! I couldn’t be happier.

This Huma regulator for my Wildcat works very well indeed. The original FX regulator eventually developed terrible fluctuations up and down and was not well made. Whereas this Huma is absolute quality and after thousands and thousands of pellets it is just as consistent as the first time. I highly recommend this regulator to replace the original one.

I have the Huma reg installed for while now,together with tuning the hamerspring to it,tested it over the crony on different pellets,the highest extreme spread i got was 4 and highest standard deviation 1… yes 1! 🙂 second great feature is the ease of how you can tune your reg pressure to shoot heavyer pellets with the same speed…or down for some plinking to save air 😉
