Huma-Air Tuning Regulator For The Weihrauch HW100
For the Weihraugh HW100 airrifle we have a pressure regulator available that can be pushed into the pressure tube.
This regulator is vented to the atmosphere without any modification to your pressure tube. So no drilling in the tube and also no creeping up in power during time. This model is suitable for all HW1xx models with a front fill or quick fill unit on the front side of the cylinder.
The factory reg can be bridged by removing the steel ball from it. When removed the factory regulator will not function anymore and the Huma-Air regulator will take over the pressure adjustment.
Fitting is very easy, just depresurize the rifle and unscrew the cylinder endcap off the side of the action. Then remove the large o-ring of the endcap and push the Huma-Air regulator inside the pressure tube facing the pressure label to point towards to the barrel end. Then screw the endcap back in the cylinder and you are ready.

Huma-Air Quality Control
Huma Air regulators are CNC produced out of high grade aircraft aluminum and bronze. To guarantee a perfect product, every regulator is individually assembled, tested in a computerized simulation program and adjusted to the requested pressure.
We only use high-end materials and our belleville springs are designed for critical applications to achieve the highest repeat accuracy. This gives our regulators a repeat cycle less than 1% difference.
Huma Air provides a 2-year warranty on their regulators. Excluded from warranty are shipping costs and parts that are subject to normal wear and tear such as o-rings and valve discs.
Pressure settings of the Huma-Air, Weihrauch HW100 tuning regulator
The HW100 tuning regulator comes preset on the most common pressure setting according to your choise of barrel and caliber, or we will adjust it according to your personal wishes.
The pressure range is adjustable from 70-150 bar. Suitable for high power and sub 12 ft/lbs air rifles
After fitting the regulator, always check the powersetting of the rifle and finetune it when needed to stay within legal limits.

Skeptisch Bestellt. Dann die Überraschung. Ein deutlich besseres Schuß Bild ,minimale Streuung und spürbar mehr ruhe in der Waffe. Druckluft in der kartusche hält spürbar länger an als zuvor.
Er ist mit kleinen Druck in einer 7,5 j verbaut.
Das Teil war so überzeugend in seiner Leistung, das ich mir den großen Druck für die 50 j nun auch hier bestelle. Fazit : vorbehaltlos zu empfehlen.

Wow! What a difference! I was experiencing regular flyers, woeful shot count and consistency with my HW100KT. Recommended to look at the Huma regulator, I ordered and fitted along with a Titanium Cylinder and Pre-Chamber insert from HW100 Tuning. The Huma instructions were absolutely spot on. The HW100 Tuning instructions unfortunately had a lot of gaps. So, where the Huma regulator installation went perfectly, the other two items I messed up royally, needing a friend to painstakingly troubleshoot my errors to resolve. Once all was resolved, the difference in the rifle is absolute night and day. The accuracy issues are not just resolved but the rifle is now keyholing shots at 25m, all the flyer / consistency issues are completely resolved and I am getting well over double the shot count. I cannot recommend the Huma regulator highly enough. It has allowed me to realise my aim of a single rifle to use for Hunting, Bench Rest and Hunter Field Target, saving a small fortunate compared to even just a single dedicated Bench Rest rifle. Thanks Huma, I am profoundly grateful!

Took a bit of working out but nothing beyond any normal handy person’s practical ability, use tape/wood/cloth in the vice and be careful not to scratch anything, the gas bottle ends took a bit of effort but that may have just been mine, otherwise flawless – will be much quicker next time! There are video’s and instructions it would be beneficial to have someone do a video for specific guns with hints and tips and better (More) photographs of each stage.
The Rifle is a new beast! the accuracy and consistency makes a huge difference! takes you to the next level.

Yes very easy to fit. I didnt agree with hwtuning approach to holding the cylinder in a vice, to loosen the cap, with what should be flat/ smooth slats of wood. It only needs to be taped and firmly held, in a vice, around the barrel band area of the cylinder. Then, use an aluminum lawrie spanner, aluminium on aluminium, like they advise. Load the spanner bit then give it a sharp tap. The good thing also is that you can improve on the standard factory setting of 90 bar; you may only need 80 bar on the huma, for the same ft lbs. No fiddling about with a pressure gauge and allen key. Noticed an improvement at 30 yards, and beyond, straight away. Only been using pcp for 3 months and only just learned yesterday to keep your rear gun rest straight, particularly if its a soft bsa or caldwell. Regarding accuracy this device can only help or eliminate fluctuations. It puts you in easy control of adjusting the bar pressure. Cylinder caps hand tighten only! The team have been brilliant with chatting about my progress. You’ll find that other makes of rifles, that are unregulated anyway, should definitely have one of these.

Very easy to fit I fitted it from the gauge end as I couldn’t move the other end due to manufacture sealing it in . Shots are constant and you can put pellet on pellet constantly .lots of well regulated shots . Very very well made . I’ve fitted these regulated to hw 100 .177 BSA r10 .25 and BSA r10 .177 . They are excellent.
Buy it you won’t be disappointed.
I’m waiting for my r10 shroud now as I just know the quality will be spot on.
