The Victoptics Cerato 3-9×32 rifle scope is a brand by Vector Optics has an illuminated Mil-Dot reticle whose colour can be changed to red or green. It is a small-sized, lightweight and easy to use compact rifle scope.
This rifle scope comes with lenses that are fully coated, which increases light transmission and decreases reflections for an even better image. Its interior has been fitted with o-rings and filled with nitrogen, this makes the scope water-resistant and fog-proof. These properties, in combination with a good price, make it a great entry-level rifle scope.

I’m not a pro, but I looked for an entry level scope. I think I found a good one. And it’s affordable.
You get everything, the mount, the caps for a good price. Feels a quality build. Recommended.

Good product for a good price.
Nice and compact scope, delivered as a full package including caps an scope mounts. Pretty clear sight for this price range and not top quality optics but more than adequate optical quality and certainly bang for your bucks.
Turrets are OK, not super sensible and fully precise clicks on them but not too mushy as well. The clicks do not fully correspond with the specified needed target distance changes. It just needs some trial & error corrections but stays pretty much consistent once sighted in correctly.
Rectical is not too thick, very nice for this pricepoint and the red or green illumination is just a nice perk. Not needed per sé due to the good visibility of the crosshair when swithched off anyway.
Can’t say anything on the scope’s durability yet, hope it can withstand prolonged use on a magnum springer airgun.
