Plenum: The plenum houses the regulated air, ready for the next shot. The FX King features a 62 cc Macro plenum around the barrel, providing ample air supply for shooting even the largest and heaviest slugs.

Block: The air rifle has an extended breech designed to load slugs up to 13 mm in length. This strategic design choice by FX optimizes the King for slug shooting. The High Power/Short Impulse single valve allows for a significant and rapid air flow.

Quick Tune System: Tuning the rifle is straightforward with the adjustable hammer spring preload. It includes macro and micro adjustments, allowing for quick large adjustments followed by fine-tuning for perfect precision. A clearly readable scale aids in precise tuning.

Superior STX: The Superior STX barrel system includes a replaceable Superior STX liner with externally pressed rifling, ensuring a smooth internal surface and perfect seal around the pellet or slug.

Functional Design

The adjustable 2-stage trigger is renowned for its refinement and extensive adjustability. The trigger blade can be adjusted for height, angle, and distance, and both stages are adjustable. The short-stroke side lever can be switched from the right to the left side of the rifle. Accessories such as lights or bipods can be mounted on the two Weaver/Picatinny accessory rails on either side.

To maximize the adjustment range of your scope at long distances, the FX King features a 9 MIL/30 MOA Weaver/Picatinny scope rail with a forward tilt. This design reduces the need for vertical and horizontal adjustments from the scope’s center, enhancing the overall adjustment range.

Note: The FX King 500 Base comes in an average state of tuning, ensuring universal usability. The specified maximum values can be achieved by utilizing the various adjustment options on the air rifle in combination with an optional tungsten hammer.
