This unique Huma-Air regulator for the Bsa R10 is specially designed as a “one on one” replacement regulator for the BSA R10 rifles and solves all your original regulator problems instantly!
The regulator is very consistent over the total pressure range of the buddy bottle and it can be screwed into the action within a minute. It fits all models.
The regulator is vented to the atmosphere, so no creeping up in power in long term.
Designed for a wide pressure range (70-150 bar) to suit sub 12 ft/lbs (UK) and high power FAC models.

Huma-Air Quality Control
Huma Air regulators are CNC produced out of high grade aircraft aluminum and bronze. To guarantee a perfect product, every regulator is individually assembled, tested in a computerized simulation program and adjusted to the requested pressure.
We only use high-end materials and our belleville springs are designed for critical applications to achieve the highest repeat accuracy. This gives our regulators a repeat cycle less than 1% difference.
Huma Air provides a 2-year warranty on their regulatiors. Excluded from warranty are shipping costs and parts that are subject to normal wear and tear such as o-rings and valve discs.
Pressure settings of the Huma-Air tuning regulator for the Bsa R10:
The Bsa R10 tuning regulator comes preset on the most common pressure setting according to your choise of barrel and caliber, or we will adjust it according to your personal wishes.
The pressure range is adjustable from 70-150 bar.
The length of the barrel is measured from the magazine until the tip of the actual barrel (not the end of the shroud)
After fitting the regulator, always check the powersetting of the rifle and finetune it when needed to stay within legal limits.

I’ve bought a second hand BSA R10, the reg failed after a few mags. Looked for a replacement reg, found the Huma reg ordered installed. Since the install and setting the hammer spring, the rifle shoots better than new. Constant shot count, increase in shots per fill. Pellet on pellet accuracy so happy with the gun performance.
The huma reg so worth the money highly recommend.
Now the icing on the cake they now do a reg for the BSA S10. I’ve had mine from new older than my first born, still love the gun going to fit the huma reg.

This Huma regulator has fixed the issues I was having with the factory regulator
on a BSA R10 MK2 FAC in .22 cal.
I have a couple hundred shots through a chronograph now and the difference is night and day.
It is now keeping the rifle within a few FPS for most shots.
The install was simple, I’ve had the factory reg out multiple times over the years so that may have helped some.
This one part has truly transformed this rifle.
I had emailed support before purchase and they were knowledgeable, helpful and the responses were very quick.
Also, shipping was faster than I can even believe, it was about 3 business days getting though customs and to the North East USA!!

Ordered from the UK for a .177 BSA R10 SE, arrived well packaged and was very easy to fit, some good videos available on YouTube for guidance, literally only a five minute job once you’ve got past BSA’s anti tamper collar, tested on the chrono with Bisley Magnums 10.62gr and had to back off the hammer spring a quarter turn as it was running slightly high, 2 x mags of 10 shots fired with only 5fps deviation, vast improvement on the original regulator.

Dropped this into my 2021 manufactured R1o .22 calibre standard barrel today.
25 shot string starting at 150 bar, 25 after topping up to a 200 bar. (280cc Buddy Bottle)
Average FPS 591 across the pressure range with a spread 12 FPS. The single biggest bit of love you can give your R1o.
This quality should come as standard from BSA its that consistent.
Factory set pressure was spot on, 11.0 to 11.5 ftlb with 14.40 grain Diablos.

Can’t fault the product in any way, the machining is perfect which gives a good indication of the performance you expect.
Fitting is a doddle, the on-line tutorials are easy to follow with the swap out taking 15 min at most working at a snails pace. A little tweak was required to get the power level towards the legal 12flb limit (but safely under) after a good few shots through the chronograph.
Consistency is good thus far but would expect a settling in period to enhance this further.
Overall, very pleased with the regulator and the ease of fitting.

I fitted this huma regulater to my bsa mk2.Ifound it was very easy with the help supplied utube video and written instructions. I held the antitamper cover in the vise and cut out pin with hacksaw. Old brass regulater was atight fit ,but with the aid of a left hand twist easyout broken thread/stud extracter was able to remove with no drilling or damage. The power has gone up from 10 ftlbs to 11.6ftlbs using air arms field 4.52 pellets. I have tested using wisely magnums 10.6 grains pushed power to 11.97 max.

First the negative: The label showing the settings came off during installation so now I have no idea what the regulator is actually set at (though in fairness it won’t affect actual use) perhaps engraving some marks would help (say at 75/100/125/150 Bar)
Positive: It is worlds above the factory regulator (which at lower bottle pressures had a mind of it’s own) also it is very consistent with only 0.2FtLbs difference accross a 250Bar down to 125Bar bottle pressure. Groups consistency (when I sort and weigh pellets) out to 50Yds is incredible.

The Huma regulator arrived quickly but i have not fitted it yet! I bought a Huma regulator from XTX air a few years ago and fitted it to my first BSA R10 mk2 with was straight forward enough once the anti tamper was removed.
I have never had any problems with the Huma regulator and it has transformed my R10 mk2 into a very consistent and accurate rifle.
I have recently bought a second hand R10 mk2 super carbine which i will fit the Huma regulator at a later date as i have no doubt the BSA regulator will fail me at some point.
Most modern are rifles come already fitted with Huma regulators which speaks for itself so you know you are getting a quality product.

Installation was straight forward, just a few minutes, re-assembled, and using 16GR pellets, fired 110 shots through. Average ft lbs was between 11.7-11.9 and didn’t go over 12, so awesome job. Spot on. Consistent power from 230 bar down to under 20 bar. Big thumbs up. My rifle is a BSA R10 mkii (2013 model) in .22

very fast despatch , mine came in about 4 days from ordering to the UK for my BSA R10 MK2.fitting was easy after a nightmare removing the badly corroded BSA original regulator. cleaned the block out thoroughly and fitted all new seals before screwing the new Huma Regulator in and reassembling. had to wind the hammerspring down a fair bit as the new regulator had my gun firing at 14 fps, now at 11.5 fps , my .22 fires like a 177 and currently has the same aimpoints as my friends R10 177. the reg might be still settling but at the moment the gun is consistent , not leaking air at all and shooting much better than before with much less pellet drop off.

The Huma regulator looks to be very nicely engineered. I’ve not had my particular one apart yet (obviously) and it’s only been fitted to my rifle (BSA R10 Mk 2) for a couple of days, so I don’t know to what extent shot count may have improved. However, consistency over my F1 Chrony is excellent, with only very few FPS shot to shot deviation – far better than what it replaced (when that was working). Very encouraging results from the Huma and easy go fit. Certainly better than the factory regulator (which seized up despite regular use). Ordering was simple and delivery from The Netherlands to the UK was within 3 or 4 days. I have no hesitation in recommending Huma-Air. Great!

Excellent regulator for my R10 Mk2 and very easy to install. Did have a few issues initially with irregular power levels only to find I should have removed the paper gauge on the front of the reg. It got squashed in the reg housing and blocked up the port. Removed what was left of the paper indicator and the regulator works great. Make sure you chronograph after and adjust the hammer spring tension to match the legal power requirements of your country. Shooting consistently at 11.5fb with heavy pellets.
Surprised how consistent and accurate it has made the R10.
Delivery was excellent took less than a week to come.

Completing an annual service, strip-down, clean, replace seals etc. on my Rifle I decided to try this Regulator, due to the many good comments and reviews I’ve read about it.
Ordering the correct one for my barrel length and calibre I waited for its arrival. (I had also ordered the Huma Shroud).
As stated elsewhere. It was a simple replacement. Unscrew and remove old regulator. Screw in Huma regulator.
Rifle reassembled. A serious of tests proved the ‘right’ decision had been made.
Not only was the power output more consistent. The shot count increased as well.
I’ll be keeping an eye on this site/company. In case they develop any more products for my rifle.
I highly recommend this Regulator, should you need to or feel like trying something ‘different’, in your BSA R10. You won’t be disappointed!

And am extremely happy with the performance it has an excellent cold hammer forged barrel and a decent trigger after a bit of polishing,but has always lacked the consistency,Not any more the R10 is as good as any rifle out there combined with the Huma Reg it’s a real winner the performance on the range is second to none know

Works better then the original in my BSA R10 mk2. Shooting .22 JSB 14,35gr. at 145 bar, 280cc bottle, 70 good shots at about 270 ms (855fps) 33 joule. Started with 2,5 inch groups at 100 yards indoors with JSB and ended with a better group wit H&N ftt 14.66gr and i think it’s getting better when everything settles 🙂

Yesterday I installed on my bsa R10 the regulator. The installation was really easy, thanks to the instructions and relevant videos. I had only 6 shots and it look much better than the old one. The buddy bottle pressure drop was lower.In the next days I’ll try to use a chrono to measure the speed. For now I’m really happy with this regulator.

I got my R10-SE .22 FAC a few days ago, factory regulator performance doesn’t seems to be as good like it was announced in paper, 26.8 fps extreme spread for 45 shots, to 50-55 shots get’s worst, pellet jsb exact express 5.52 14.35 grains at 895 fps, about 34.6 joule.
Now with Huma reg fitted, 135 BAR setting, extreme spread down’s to 14.8 fps for 54 very consistent shots, usable shots goes up to 60, average speed was 917 fps with same jsb pellet, about 36.5-37 joule, and that was for the first shot string , I’m thinking to adjust hammer spring to reach 35 joule at the muzzle to reach 60 regulated shots, grrreat job Huma .

The R10 behaves curiously, when there is the most pressure in the tank, that the power is the lowest.
After mounting the HUMA regulator, it works flawlessly!

Sceptical at first that this product would live up to the reviews I’m pleased to say that it does. I fitted it to a BSA supplied FAC R10se. Accuracy already good improved giving shot on shot groups. Usable shots from 40ish to 65. Could not be easier to fit following the on line no nonsense video. This is the single most effective tune up I’ve ever done to an air rifle.

The replacement regulator for my R10 was simplicity itself to fit and took minutes. I am not an armorer nor a skilled air rifle service engineer so was extremely satisfied with the ease of fitment and the subsequent performance of the HUMA regulator.
