Snowpeak AP1000B Mercury CFB Air Rifle

AP1000B Mercury: carbon bottle with practical featuresHuub Andriessen

The AP1000 Mercury is a solid, no-frills bullpup-style PCP that makes sense if you want something lightweight and easy to transport, the foldable stock and carbon fiber bottle keep the total weight down to 2,600 grams, which is genuinely light for a regulated PCP. That said, if you already own a quality regulated rifle and you're just looking for better accuracy or power, this won't move the needle for you. It's aimed at shooters who want a practical, versatile package without overcomplicating things. The 500cc bottle is on the smaller side, so don't expect marathon sessions between fills at 250 bar. My tip: invest in a quality scope early, the Weaver/Picatinny top rail gives you plenty of options, and a good optic will get the most out of this rifle's consistent regulation.

The Snowpeak AP1000B Mercury CFB is a lightweight PCP air rifle designed for easy handling and practical use. Its foldable stock reduces overall length, making the rifle convenient to transport and comfortable to carry during extended shooting sessions. The lightweight carbon fiber bottle with an air capacity of 500 CC stands for a lot of shots with ultra low weight.

A built-in regulator ensures consistent output by stabilizing air pressure between shots. Combined with the adjustable trigger, M-lok slots for accessories it supports repeatable performance and precise shot control. The low overall weight of just 2600 gram is achieved through the use of durable synthetic components and a carbon barrel shroud and air bottle

The skeletonized synthetic buttstock is fitted with a rubber butt pad for a secure shoulder position. An AR-15 style rubber pistol grip provides good ergonomics and control, while the thumb safety allows safe and intuitive operation. The air cylinder runs parallel to the barrel, keeping the rifle well balanced.

Below the air cylinder, the synthetic handguard is equipped with M-LOK slots for mounting a bipod or other accessories. A Weaver/Picatinny rail on top allows easy scope installation, while additional side-mounted Weaver/Picatinny rails provide space for further accessories.
