RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS POLICY

Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. The 14-day
period starts on the day you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase in any of the following ways:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your statement before the 14-day period expires. You will receive an electronic confirmation of receipt without delay.

Returning the goods
After submitting your withdrawal, you must return the product to Huma-Air bv within 14 days. We will provide return shipping instructions by email. Please include all delivered accessories and, where reasonably possible, the original packaging. You bear the direct costs of returning the product.

You may handle and inspect the product to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, as you would in a physical shop. You may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

Refunds
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods (or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier). The refund is issued using the same payment method as your original purchase, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

If you chose a delivery option more expensive than our standard option, we will only refund our standard delivery cost.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
– Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised
– Sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons where the seal has been broken after delivery

Returns outside the withdrawal period
For returns after the 14-day withdrawal period, please contact info@huma-air.com. These returns are at our discretion and not covered by statutory rights.

Shipping returns
To return your product, contact info@huma-air.com for return shipping instructions. We do not accept parcels with postage due or duty fees applied. For valuable items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 14 days after we received your return, please check your bank account, contact your card issuer, then your bank. If still unresolved, contact us at info@huma-air.com.
