FX Pocket Chrono Pro – Compact Doppler Radar Chronograph

The FX Pocket Chrono Pro is a compact Doppler radar chronograph designed for measuring projectile velocity from both airguns and firearms. In addition to velocity measurement, it combines atmospheric sensors, ballistic calculation functions and PRS tools in a lightweight unit weighing only 104 g.

Using Doppler radar technology, the Pocket Chrono Pro measures projectile velocities from 60 to 1370 m/s. Because the measurement is radar-based, no optical sensors or specific lighting conditions are required. This makes the chronograph suitable for use both indoors and outdoors.

Bluetooth connectivity allows the chronograph to communicate with the FX Radar app on a compatible smartphone. Shot data can be recorded and analyzed within the app, while measured velocities can also be read aloud. This allows the shooter to receive velocity information without having to look away from the shooting position.

Integrated sensors measure atmospheric pressure, temperature and humidity, providing additional information for analyzing shooting conditions. The Pocket Chrono Pro can also calculate ballistic coefficient data based on recorded measurements. For PRS use, a dedicated mode provides an integrated shot timer and electronic level for monitoring side-to-side rifle cant.

Measurement data can be viewed directly on the integrated 2-inch display. The chronograph can be mounted to the rifle using the supplied mount, which is compatible with Weaver/Picatinny and Arca-Swiss rails, or positioned separately using the included tripod. Its rechargeable internal battery is charged through a USB-C connection.
