FX Halo .30: 46-grain slugs for your FX airgunHuub Andriessen

The FX Halo .30 slugs are genuinely interesting because they bridge the gap between pellets and slugs, same weight as a pellet, shaped like a slug. That means you can drop them into a standard pellet tune without touching your hammer spring or swapping barrel liners, which is a real practical advantage. That said, if you're shooting at short to medium ranges where wind drift isn't a major factor, you won't notice much difference over quality pellets. These make the most sense for shooters who want better long-range performance and expansion on impact without rebuilding their setup. My tip: make sure you're already getting consistent groups with your current pellet tune before switching, the Halo won't fix underlying accuracy issues.

FX Airguns .30 Halo Slugs 46 Gr 154 pc (7,62)

The FX Halo 7.62 mm (.30) 46 grain airgun slugs offer a middle ground between traditional slugs and pellets. They are shaped like a slug and have the weight of a pellet, making tuning easier.

With the intention of making these slugs as user-friendly as possible, they are optimized for a normal pellet tune. Additionally, they are compatible with both the FX Superior barrel liner and the FX Superior Heavy barrel liner. This means that the hammer spring or liner does not need to be exchanged when switching from pellets to the FX Halo slugs.

Thanks to their design, the advantages of slugs compared to pellets are retained: they are more resistant to wind drift and deliver more accurate results at longer ranges. Furthermore, the deep hollow point ensures that the projectile expands substantially, ensuring it transfers as much energy as possible to the target.

FX Halo 7.62 mm (.30) 46 grain airgun slugs features:

• Weight of a pellet with the shape of a slug
• No separate tuning required
• Suitable for both FX Superior and FX Superior Heavy barrel liners
• Hollow point
